Points are valid for one year from 1 January of each calendar year until 31 December of the same year.

At each change of calendar year, on 1 January, the point counters are reset to zero. Unused points cannot be redeemed. They are automatically donated to the “La Maison des Femmes” organisation, as explained in Article 3.2 of the “my+” program Terms and Conditions of Use. There are two exceptions:

• In 2023, as the “my+” program is being launched, the points earned from the launch (March 2023) are valid until 31 December 2024.
• In all other years, points earned during October, November and December are valid until 31 December of the following calendar year.
