Depending on the progress of your order, it may still be possible for us to change your delivery address. It is not possible to exchange products. If you order something by mistake, you must return your package with the products intact and place a new order.
We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned order. The refund will be made provided that the returned products are in perfect condition.
