Which countries do you deliver to? Can I order from another country?

We deliver to the UK only, including The Channel Islands & Highlands.

What delivery methods and prices do you offer?

We offer the following delivery methods:

– DPD Standard Delivery – Free on all

– DPD Express Delivery* – £6

*Order by 2pm – DPD Express Delivery is not available in the Highlands & Islands regions.

How can I get free delivery?

DPD standard delivery is free with any purchase for UK orders.

How long does it take to process/prepare an order?

Your order will be shipped on the following day at the latest.

How do I track my delivery? Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your parcel has been shipped and processed by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel on the carrier’s website. If you have a myBlend account, you will also find this tracking number in your customer area, under the “My orders” tab.

What do I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Depending on the progress of your order, it may still be possible for us to change your delivery address. However, if the order has already been processed by the warehouse, we will no longer be able to modify it. Do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible at the following through the contact form.

What do I do if my order is incomplete/damaged when I receive it?

If your order is incomplete or damaged, you can contact our customer care department through the contact form. We will explain what you should do.

Is it free to return my order?

Yes, it is free to return your order. If you would like to return a product, please contact our customer care department through the contact form.

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return a product, please contact our customer care department through the contact form. Order returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

How do I exchange a product?

It is not possible to exchange products. If you order something by mistake, you must return your package with the products intact and place a new order.

How long do refunds take?

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned order. The refund will be made provided that the returned products are in perfect condition. Your refund will be made to the same payment method you used for your purchase. You will receive a refund confirmation email as soon as it is approved.

Can I return a product I purchased online to Harrods or other myBlend distributors?

Any product purchased on our e-shop must be returned to our warehouse, and any product purchased at Harrods or any other distributor must be returned to the same place it was purchased.

The my+ loyalty program offers exclusive benefits to its members, and is designed to be simple, engaging, community-based.
When you place your first order and join the loyalty program, you will receive a welcome gift along with your order and a one-month promotional offer on your birthday to be used on your next order; a quarterly e-mag will be sent to you with exclusive content and you will also receive special and exclusive information about new products before their public launch.

Where are myBlend products made?

Most myBlend products are made in France at the Clarins group laboratories in Pontoise, with the exception of nutri-cosmetics and the LED mask.

How do I know if my order has been received?

As well as seeing the confirmation screen once your purchase is finalised, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. When you log into your myBlend account, your order will also appear in the “My orders” tab.
